All of the items on our website are IN STOCK in our UK warehouse unless clearly marked, our website will not let you order an item if we don't have it in stock. In the unlikely event that something is out of stock on our website you will be given the option to be enter your email address or telephone number so you can notified when it arrives back in stock.

We normally deliver all of our furniture using our own vans and staff to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Most items are fully assembled for your immediate enjoyment, occasionally it may be necessary for our staff to build some of the larger tables on site if access is likely to be restricted.

Our average delivery time is currently 14 working days but depending on your location it may be a little sooner or slightly later, if you have already placed your order and would like an update on the delivery status please email us using our contact us email form and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

If you need an order urgently please email us using the "contact us" form. We will then be able to give you an estimated E.T.A. before you decide to place an order.

If you are located in the green delivery zone we can deliver any number of teak garden furniture items to you for one delivery charge, if you are located in the blue delivery zone we can only deliver teak garden benches to you and the charge is per item. If you are unsure please call or email us so we can confirm the cost to your postcode area.

The delivery charge for all items is calculated from the first two letters of your postcode, please see below for the charge to your postcode area.

We can normally only deliver to mainland UK but we still maybe able to deliver if your postcode is shown as N/A please contact us!
