When you place an order through our website you agree to the terms and conditions listed below, we have nothing unusual or out of the ordinary but please feel free to read through them and contact us if you have any questions or need clarification on a certain point or detail.
 
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption and processed using our payment gateway. We do not have access to your actual card details neither do we hold them on file.
 
Confirmation of order
When your confirmation of order email is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
 
VAT Charges
All of the products page on our website show an inclusive of VAT price and exclusive of VAT price. The exclusive VAT price is only shown for business customers reference.
 
Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights we offer a full one year guarantee, this covers your item/s against any manufacturing defects in the first 12 months. If you have a problem with your item just email us and we try to resolve it as soon as possible. The guarantee doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, end grain checking, extending table alignment gaps that are under 8mm, accidental damage or commercial use. We will either repair or replace your item as long as you return it to us with in 12 months of purchasing it, all we ask is you pay the postage to return it and send it with either a copy of your purchase invoice or your original order number. We will repair or replace the item free of charge and return the item to you with one of our approved carriers or delivery vehicles. We use a very strict quality control process from the start of the manufacture until it is delivered to your doorstep so the amount of people contacting us about our guarantee are so small its immeasurable as a percentage, if your item is older than 12 months or you have purchased it from another retailer we still maybe able to help so please don’t hesitate to contact us.

 
Returns
In the very rare case that you would like to return your item/s under the DSR’s then you must email us using the “contact us” form on our website to request a returns number, this must be done within 7 days of your item being delivered. You must then return the item to us so that it arrives at our returns address within a maximum of 14 days after the day you notified us of you intention to return your item/s. We will refund you the purchase price including any delivery charge (if applicable), you (the customer) are responsible for all carriage costs associated with returning the item to us. If you return goods to us we reserve the right to either refuse the return or to charge you for our reasonable costs if they arrive damaged, used or with out the original packaging. We recommend you send the item/s with full insurance cover as you are responsible for the item/s until they arrive with us. All deliveries must be “booked in” by your designated courier with our head office, this can be done by your courier by calling 0845 094 3195 they will need to quote your returns number when they call. Please note we only accept items that are returned to us with a fully insured courier, we do not accept returns that are “hand” delivered. If you have any questions regarding returns please email us using the contact us form before placing your order.

Delivery Policy
We are happy to place you furniture in situ but you agree to clear all hallways and paths leading to your required position and whilst we take every care possible when delivering your item we can not be held responsible for any damage to your property this includes but is not limited to any internal or external fittings, halls, walls fences, gates etc. If you require delivery to a flat or apartment we can only deliver to the ground floor front door unless you contact us by prior arrangement. We may make a small extra charge to cover the extra time our deliver drivers have to spend to take your item to your flat or apartment. The Delivery charge is dependent on your postcode and can be found on our "Delivery Information" page, this is a fixed charge and is non negotiable but covers an unlimited number of items.
 
Privacy Policy 
Teak4less do not disclose buyers' information to any third parties other than when order details are passed to a courier service so that your parcel can be delivered.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Arrange the delivery of your item with a parcel courier
